Spend time with like-minded women on the trails of Cumberland. We work on some key bike handling skills for a couple hours and build progressively throughout the day both on and off the trail. We cover techniques such as braking, cornering, climbing, descending, balance, maneuvering over and around obstacles, manuals, drops and jumping. Post-lunch, we ride and session features on trail so you can practice your new learned skills. A light lunch is included and après at the Gravity Garage end of the day.
